Questions we hear from Plano patients
Which sleeping position is easiest on my back?
Many people find back-sleeping with a pillow under the knees, or side-sleeping with a pillow between the knees, more comfortable. Ask at your exam.
Should I use a heating pad?
Ask your provider first, keep sessions short, and never sleep on a heating pad.
Can I pick up my toddler?
Many people can with good technique. If lifting causes sharp or radiating pain, stop and get checked.
Is there a Plano office?
No. Patients from this area are seen at our Richardson clinic. Our second clinic is in Arlington.
