Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online or by phone.
Do I need an attorney to be seen after a car accident?
No. We cannot give legal advice. You are welcome whether or not you have an attorney.
What happens at the first visit?
A conversation about your symptoms and history, an exam by Dr. Hung Manh Cao, D.C., and a plain-English explanation of findings, options and costs before any care begins.
How much does a visit cost?
Self-pay prices are on our pricing page. Insurance and auto coverage are explained before care begins.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
When the schedule allows. Call (214) 484-2629.
What are your hours?
Richardson: Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM, closed Saturday and Sunday. Arlington: by appointment only (no walk-ins).
Where do I park?
Parking is available in the building lot at no charge. Suite 124 is on the first floor; follow lobby signage to Howill.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your exam and how you respond. We explain recommendations, re-check progress, and you decide. We cannot promise a specific result.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Every treatment has potential benefits and risks. Dr. Hung Manh Cao, D.C. will explain them for your situation and screen for anything that needs a different provider first.
Do you have offices in Plano, Garland or Dallas?
No. Howill has two clinics, in Richardson and Arlington. Patients from Plano, Garland and North Dallas are served from our Richardson clinic.
