Billing Questions

What is PIP?

Personal injury protection (PIP) is coverage on many Texas auto policies that may help pay medical expenses after a crash, regardless of who was at fault, up to your policy limit. Texas insurers must offer it, and policyholders can reject it in writing, so check whether you have it.

What is MedPay?

Medical payments (MedPay) coverage is optional auto coverage that may help pay medical bills after a crash, up to your policy limit. Not everyone has it.

Can I use my health insurance?

We are in insurance credentialing now, so call to ask about your plan. PIP, MedPay and self-pay are available. We check and explain before care begins.

What if I have an attorney?

With your written authorization we can send records to your attorney. Ask us how billing works for your situation; we explain it in writing before care begins.

What if I want to self-pay?

You can. Our self-pay prices are on the pricing page.
