Our story
Why Howill Exists
Howill was built for patients who want straight answers. Too many first visits end with unclear findings, surprise fees, or records that are hard to get. We set a different standard: a careful history and exam, a plain-English plan, posted prices, and records released only with your written authorization.
Today Howill has two clinics, in Richardson and Arlington. Chiropractic care is led by Dr. Hung Manh Cao, D.C., Clinic Director, with 15 years in practice. Howill Health medical services will open once a licensed medical provider is on staff; until then those pages stay offline for search.

Our Commitments
- We never contact accident victims to solicit care. Patients find us on their own or through someone they choose.
- We do not pay anyone for patient referrals.
- We do not promise specific results. Everyone is different.
- Your records are released only with your written authorization.
- Our prices are posted, and billing is explained before care begins.
